Terms and Conditions – Dream Holiday Giveaway

• Eligibility
  • Entry is open to clients/stakeholders who accept a fee proposal with Marline Building Services Engineers to complete a project within the promotional period.
  • The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Promotional Period
  • The promotion commences on 01.09.2025 and closes on 27.03.2026.
  • All eligible contracts valued over $5,000.00 accepted within promotional period will qualify for one (1) entry. One (1) additional entry will be earned per each additional $5,000.00 of total fee value.
  • Tickets will be allocated to companies or personnel involved in the related project at the discretion of Marline Building Services Engineers.
• Prize Details
  • The winner will receive Flight Centre gift cards valued at $7,000.00 incl GST.
  • Gift cards are valid for use at Flight Centre in accordance with their terms and conditions.
  • The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
• Winner Selection
  • The winning company and subsequent individual will be drawn at random on or before 31.03.2026. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 business days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw will take place.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Marline Building Services Engineers reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or has unpaid invoices.
  • Marline Building Services Engineers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Marline Building Services Engineers to use their name, photographs, and any supplied content for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without additional compensation.
