Arena Apartments, Newcastle East
Located on the site of the old Royal Newcastle Hospital, Arena Apartments consists of two towers which are located across the road from the beach front.
Built in 2017, the North Tower is a 14-storey apartment complex that includes 165 apartments, basement car parking, and a ground floor hospitality and commercial space. The South Tower is an eight-storey, 55 bedroom complex with basement parking.
Marline was engaged by Richard Crookes Construction for this residential engineering project to assist with a full design of the apartment complex.
Westend Apartments, Wickham
Wickham’s Westend apartments are located in the bustling CBD of Newcastle, adjacent to the light rail interchange. Completed in 2018, the eleven-storey residential and commercial ‘twin towers’ include 122 residential apartments and four commercial spaces.
For this residential engineering project, we worked with Thirdi on this project to deliver full engineering mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services.
