As a key client interface, Josiah manages all primary communication, translating client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for the multi-service design and documentation teams. His daily responsibilities are a mix of site inspection, design, and quality assurance while also playing a critical leadership role, responsible for the effective management of his dedicated team of engineers.

Outside of his professional role, Josiah enjoys taking advantage of his days off by finding time for long-distance runs and getting out into nature, often seeking out trails and wilderness areas to recharge.
