Callum Baillie is collaborative by nature and has expanded his role significantly since joining the team.

In his role, Callum collaborates with other team members from the start of the project to the finalised construction to ensure deadlines are met. This includes the proposal process, designing systems, construction and building finalisation.

Callum’s favourite part about working for Marline is how collaborative the team is. Teamwork makes the dream work! His co-workers would describe him as energetic, talkative, and a music lover.
